Gíta was born from this personal journey: a space where yoga, mindfulness, and simple daily rituals reconnect you to your core.

We move through a series of postures with intention and presence, building heat, strength, and softness all at once.
Each class is a gentle unfolding.
A chance to move energy, release tension, and come home to your body, one breath at a time.

Hatha invites you to slow down and feel each posture fully.
We move mindfully, exploring strength, stillness, and space.
This practice brings balance, between body and breath, effort and ease, doing and being.

Yin is a slow, grounding practice where postures are held for longer periods of time.
It softens the body, calms the mind, and invites you inward, beyond the muscles, into the connective tissues and the subtle layers of your being.

Before we begin, we take time to connect.
In a personal phone conversation, I get to know you: your background, your intentions, and how you’re feeling. From there, I create a personalized trial session.
Afterwards, you’re free to feel into whether it’s a match.
If it is, we continue your yoga journey together.
The sessions take place in my home studio in Dordrecht, a calm, grounding space where you can simply be.
